Taking a nap, drink a couple glasses of ice cold water, and a cold wash cloth on your forehead!

I'm 17 weeks also, and have horrible headaches too, Tylenol doesn't help with headaches! Try places a cold rag on your head in a dark room, or eating something!

thank you ladies , I just took a shower & got really dizzy in there then I come & lay down to get a freaking headache 😥 I hate it @jrusky @julymomma16
