I honestly don't know what to do 😩

My parents are buying a house under my name for when they pass away, they give it to me. Here's the problem, me and my hubby want to but we will be tight on money for an apartment and he doesn't want that. We will be able to afford it but we will be tight on money. So my parents said they will give us the house and only live in one room. They said I will take charge of the house as in the furniture, painting, and everything else. My hubs thinks it's a good idea because we will be able to live more comfortably, on top of the fact that they take care of our two year old, we need their support as well with taking care of the new bundle on the way when we're working. We've been looking for apartments/houses around their area but either there's nothing or it's over priced. Mind you, an 2/2 apartment is 1,200-1,400 so imagine. What should I do? I know if we live together my mother will start talking crap since we already live alone and we move back but on the other hand we need the help with the kids because being a stay at home mom or father won't work out😞
