Try having a cold drink and lying on your left side or maybe have a soak in the bath x

ive tried this last couple hours just had my tea so just ran the bath usually moving like mad by now but got told not to worry as theres no pattern at this stage.xx

If he isn't moving at all, then I would contact the hospital hun. Not having a pattern isn't true...mine had one from 21 weeks! But there would be days when mine didn't move much or at all. Mine has always been a lazy bum so it didn't worry me. If you are worried I would deffo contact the hospital and see what they say x x

i tried explaining this to the midwife on the phone she were just fobbing me off saying im over worrying hes definatley had a pattern since about 20 weeks i will ring them now n get a second opnion thank u xx

26/28 weeks is when they would start monitoring x x

I always been told if there's anything out of ordinary for your baby then contact them..always best for reassurance I think😊 x

this is always what i got told @emorleyx but when i phoned my midwife she said that they dont have a pattern but hes not moved all day and its really not normal he might be having a lazy day but im going to have a bath n see if he budges x

Ok Hun hope all is well @mummy800 is hard isn't it at that stage my midwife never reassured me, I'm 30 weeks now however I asked her about movements I got myself upset not knowing pattern she said neither of hers had patterns I was like oh ok then. Now I just get to know what's normal for baby and does have a pattern but I suppose has had one since about 20 weeks so if I were you I would just ring triage at hospital just to check if things same after your bath? 9/10 they get wriggling when u panic don't they lol x
