I was thinking that as well . Their church is right up the street from the house and have more than enough room and a kitchen area. Idk his family is weird they think everything is a big party.

I had invited 40+ people and had 15 show up. Lol I was so thankful cause I had the baby shower at my grandparents and I didn't think about parking. I ended up having a break down outside. It worked out in the end tho! @babycabralsmom

No it's not weird , but when you combine two families together girl @tlokitabella91 lol I've never been to a baby shower of a Dominican . See my dad is Puerto Rican and black and my mom is black. It's very different. This baby shower is a big party to them because his dad mentioned alcohol so .....,THE CHURCH IS OFF LIMITS 🙄

@bentley_mommy, I know the feeling of people saying they are coming and don't show, but this is the first grand on both sides , and he is the middle child out of 3 sisters... Then he has buddies from school that I know for sure will be here as well as family flying in from Miami and newyork because they are staying here with us at the house 😱 it's overwhelming

yeah lol I'm Dominican and my babies father is Panamanian.but I'm.warning u birthdays are worse lol @babycabralsmom we drink A LOT its a lot of dancing and food.we look at everything as a celebration

This is the first grandchild as well. I'm the oldest child. I had the people there who needed to be there. :) a lot of my family couldn't make it because they just live too far away. I have family that live all the way in Hawaii I cut them some slack. Lol it takes 2 planes to get to GA. You have to stop in cali first then from California to Atlanta airport. & My great grandmother she was sick and she can't drive and family had to work. I was upset but I understood. They all send checks and money and I cried ALOT. My pregnancy has been very stressful. I've had 3 funerals to attend and my dad and step mom ate divorcing. It's a lot to take in over 10 month period. @babycabralsmom

I don't understand why they have alcohol at a baby shower. Lol I told everyone no alcohol because the day isn't about them it's about me, my boyfriend and our child so what I say goes because I planned my entire baby shower @babycabralsmom
