Today was a tough morning my baby girl goes to the daycare I work in and she was frantically crying…

I don't want to do day care but I honestly have started searching for a care provider relative or any day cares. I don't even want to think about it even though I need to. my son only 3 weeks. lol. I know 10 weeks will be here before I know it

Girl it flies I was out 12 weeks and i didn't feel it she will be four months on Feb 7 and I work at a daycare and she's in the class next door to mine so I hear her loud and clear when she cries

Oh that's nice that she is still near by u.....that must be hard. leaving someone else to care for her while u care for other people children.

@octobermomma1007, I'm having someone take care of our baby at night cause we both work in healthcare overnight. I'm off till April and every time I think about going back to work I want to extend my maternity to 6 months because I would be heartbroken leaving him. Already spoke to my nurse manager and central leAve giving them the heads up of my possible decision. Mind you I only work 3 days 12 hour shift but just going to the gym I'm torn at times. I'm sure it's difficult.

I would stay longer if allowed is you can I recommend that you do @nurseriri

@octobermomma1007, I'm sure I would stay out till june or July. That's the max I can be out unless I take LOA. Be strong
