Baby girl has only been out of the womb for less then 3 days and she is already kicking my ass!!!…

Breastfeeding gets less exhausting once you don't have to wake them up at night to feed them. (:

@momma_2_batbaby, That's usually the reaction I get even though it's what the hospital and my little girls pediatrician told me to do. I woke my baby up every 3 hours when she was a newborn to feed her so I could establish a good milk supply.

She is almost 2 months now and at her 1 month appointment I was told I could let her sleep through the night until she woke me up to be fed but continue to feed her every 3 hours during the day. It's 5:40 am where I am and I'm feeding her now for the first time since 11 pm.

@momma_2_batbaby, and if your breastfeeding experience is anything like mine was in the beginning you're going to want to feed at least ever 3 hours because if you don't your breasts will hurt tremendously.

I was also told by the various lactation consultants and two pediatricians I met with at the hospital. That I must wake her to feed every three hours. So I do that during the day when she is super sleepy. But in the evening and all night she cluster feeds. Wants to eat around the clock. That's the exhausting part. 😔 @hitt_andrea @momma_2_batbaby
