Can I take my iron pills and prenatal at the same time?

@carlismommy12, when u take them.. me, i craved tea.. morning, noon & night.. my OB noticed my iron levels were slowly dropping and we discussed it, come to find out, i needed to take my prenatals with water, not sweet tea.. Lol, it was hard...
mine do too, I'll continue to take them separately. @javiersmom @ftm020216 wait I can't drink tea at all??? or just not around the time I take them?
@carlismommy12, it's a lot of things than can make taking Iron less effective. . taking them apart ensure u get the full benefit from it.. (for instance, you shouldn't drink any tea with iron pills or foods rich in iron)
if your prenatal pills don't have iron then it's fine but mine do
Yes when taking your iron pill drink some orange juice it helps it get in your system faster

did your Dr say why? I've been separating them but my Dr never gave me any direction on taking them @javiersmom

oh okay! thanks for the tip! I was sad for a minute. All I can drink is water and unsweet tea. I need my tea! lol even tho the unsweet part really sucks. 😣
