So i get to the fucking hospital for the tour and they tell me oh sorry its only for Spanish speakers only wellllll wtf why didnt you tell me that when i called those 3x ? She said it says it in the website i said yeah i read it no where did it say Spanish speakers only and i called to make sure and the lady told me yes it's Wednesday be there alil early . I was 20mins early So im just fucked cause i dont speak enough Spanish ? And she was like i would do it but one of the ladys only speaks Spanish . I ask to speak to somebody cause i called 3x to make sure everything was good and i wasted my gas and time i live over 30mins away wth thats not fair. She calls somebody and then sends me to patient services she directs me to the door and it says it closes at 5pm i turn around shes no where to be found wtf so im just sitting there looking dumb smh wasted all my gas for nothing 😤
