easy thing is the milk u have 2 get the cheep brand & it's 1% or skim milk

also look I'm ur booklet in nc they give u a thing that tells you what u can get

not here lol

ur fruit and vegetables one u can get Canned fresh or frozen

@hermommy, oh damn I know here in California they have a store which has only WIC approved food and they have everything out for you so you don't have to guess what to get cause I know in the regular stores they don't help at all

They don't tell you what you can get. That's so weird. Here we get a card don't have checks anymore, we can download this app for Wic out our cars number in and it tells you what you have used and what is available until next month. If you click on what is still available it shows a list of items you can get and what brands. Here is an example. This is my Wic card with my info in the app. Every where that does Wic should give you a booklet on what to get, what brands and what you can't get.
