help! over the last couple days I've been getting really nauseous and dizzy and then my cramping…

I do. it doesn't help, I have a bunch of small meals throughout the day, I'm constantly eating and I'm drinking a ton of water. it's so frustrating cause I don't know what's going on :-/

I agree with @skylarsmomma it's probably that and maybe some dehydration. That's what they told me when I went to the hospital for that. Hopefully it eases up ❤️

I drink 1.5 of these if not 2 a day that's almost double the daily amount of water. I don't think I'm dehydrated but thanks @evococa I'll talk to my ob Friday about circulation problems.
