My little one got her 4 month shots yesterday at 1 and she still has a fever as of right now it's 99.9 and I just gave her another dose of Tylenol. She's had three doses of Tylenol today including the one I just gave her. She didn't have fever with her two month shots that I was aware of. Should I be worried? Or is this normal? I'm so nervous I can't fall asleep. Help!:(

As long as it doesn't go over 100 then you're okay unless she has other symptoms like vomiting or diarrhea.
My son didn't have a fever the first day but kept one for 3 days after that and then it subsided. (after his 9 month shots)

I wouldn't worry at all, that's actually a fairly normal temperature, especially after getting shots. just try to keep her comfy and maybe remove and article of clothing (from her) to help cool her down. You can also alternate Tylenol and Motrin every 2 hours, but only if you think she needs it (:
