😊 this was when I became a first time mom! Kendyll Jean born August 29th 2014 ❤️❤️ I think my face says it all 😍😍 so in love!
Wow that's crazy! And I'm sure no fun at all!! My daughter was 8lbs 7oz my doctor said my birthing canal was narrow or something like that lol so I'm guessing that's why cause yes I know people have pushed out bigger babies!!
They made me suffer lol at 3 am I couldn't take the pain and hot flashes, on top of that it felt like I had to use the bathroom and vomit at the same time so the convinced me to get an epidural. They didn't do it right and stuck me 3 times, finally later in the morning when they broke my water and gave me the pitocin my labor pains got so much worse and I could feel ALL my contractions ONLY on the right side of my body no matter how much medicine they gave me. it wasn't until my c-section that they gave me something stronger and they had to pump me full of meds because I still had feeling on my right side @tracykendyllmallory
oh wow, sheesh. lol that sounds terribly exhausting! how big was she? pushing for 3 hrs, I couldn't imagine, then they encouraged you to push for 7 more? My GOD! My story is a little different but we pretty much had the same plan for different reasons. I went in at 11a for my wkly check up and like the wk before, I was having contractions that I couldn't feel and my son's heart rate would drop with them but this time it had gotten worse so they kept me to monitor him and right before they were going to send me home his heart rate dropped extremely low and from there they decided to do a c-section. Then the oncall doctor changed his mind and said I should try for a vaginal delivery since this was my first baby and they got him stabilized. They put a Foley balloon in, (most uncomfortable feeling ever!), waited, I dilated to 3 cm and stayed there. At 8/9ish they decided to give me pitocin and break my water since they could feel his head and after they did that they started having problems with his heart rate again and decided to cut straight to the chase and do the c-section. @tracykendyllmallory
@calebsmommy1113, my doctor told me that my daughter was going to be too big for me to have her naturally plus I hadn't even dilated or anything so I had a scheduled c section and when I went in a nurse told me I was having contractions (I had no idea that's what they were they weren't too bad at first) and she said she would check me so she did and said I was dilated to a 3 and in labor so I asked to have my doctor come in to talk to me because I was beyond terrified to have a c section!! So he did and he said he still thinks she's going to be too big but he said if I wanted to they would induce me and try naturally! I was so happy until it came time to pushing I pushed for 3 hours and nothing was happening she got stuck on my pelvic bone and I just couldn't get her over it 😕 so my doctor told me he'd like me try pushing for 5 more hours and then I would have to have a c section and I was like no way I can not push anymore! So yeah I got there at 7 am and she was born at 7:36pm!
Oh wow, how ironic is that! lol was everything okay? why did they induce your labor? (if you don't mind me asking) @tracykendyllmallory
That's crazy because that's almost exactly what happened to me! I was induced and they broke my water and also ended in a c section as well!
lol yes ma'am. Mines was a long night. they induced my labor around 10p, broke my water the next morning around 8a or 9a and by a quarter to 1(pm) they started my c-section @tracykendyllmallory all worth it
I became a mom in 2006 and I have a photo that resembles that one. I'll see if I can dig it up. Never again will I experience a moment like that one. Congrats mama ❤️❤️
@calebsmommy1113, that was the longest and greatest day of my life! ❤️ I'm sure you know all about that!
And really that sounds scary still having feeling omg I was so scared when I went in there to have my c section I couldn't imagine feeling that too 😕 but I have heard the epidural doesn't help some women I had one with my first and it worked beautifully and with my second I had a spinal and man that one hurt way worse @calebsmommy1113
