Get a wet washcloth as hot as you can stand it and put it on the pimple whenever you can throughout the day and it will cause it to surface. Then you can pop it! @hermommy

Good luck:) @hermommy I had one of those on my chin last week and I stood with my pimple under a really hot shower and the next day it surfaced!
