Boppy pillow for you and the Boppy pillow for baby to lay in/ breastfeed even if you aren't breastfeeding its a life saver for laying down baby. I LOVE them and they are are worth the money!

also bottle warmer and wipe warmer I know it sounds a little bit over the top but they make baby so much more relaxed at night when changing or eating and it makes mommy have to do less work in the wee hours of the night! Also swaddlers help tons when baby is new it helps them feel like they are still in the womb , a drying rack made for bottles and binkies helped a lot as well , you'll need tons of receiving blankets and onesies you will go through those very quickly it will surprise you lol , also little gloves to keep the baby from scratching its face my son had a big issue with that until I discovered them lol! nipple cream, breast pads, receiving blankets, burp cloths, boppy pillow, mittens, grooming kit, safety kit, playpen, Carseat, swing, lotion, shampoo, bathtub.

A wrap/baby carrier, a swing /bouncer/bobby/baby seat of some kind and gas drops

put wipes and diapers before anything. :-)
