No the update changed that. It doesn't work like that no more @_akgirl mine only says main feed and favorites

@hamman13, fix is coming for the channels! And the my activity is being changed to bookmarks. The update has been sent to the App Store and Google play and they need to approve, which takes a couple days. Thank you for your patience.

Sounds like some of your settings may have changed. I'll walk you through to make sure your settings are optimized. First, tap "More" at the bottom right. Press "Feed settings." Make sure planning, pregnant, mom and my country only is set to on.

Scroll down to the geolocation feed settings. This may be the issue. If you are seeing posts from all over the USA, it should say something like "Now I get about 4598 posts per day." If the number is much less, tap "Edit my feed area." Then stretch out the map so it includes all of the USA. Then press save by tapping the check mark at the top right corner. Please let us know if it changes again.
