I have the WORST headache ever 😠😠😠😡

I sneak a Tylenol every now & then . Acetaminophen is safe during pregnancy but I only take one instead of two ,

Tylenol sometimes help unless I get migraines or I cry-.-

I'm jus going to have to toughen this pain out cause I refuse to leave the house anymore tonight 😕 @hermommy @xoxoalexusss

I cried the other night cuz my headache was so bad , not knowing it was only going to make it worse 😂 @hermommy

Try a cold rag under the back of your neck for 20 mins.. See if that takes some pressure off .
