First time mom here.. I went to the doctor today & I'm dilated to a 1 & 60% thinned.. My doctor said let's try to have a baby by next week or week after. What are ways to dilate??

Well, my actual due date is the 19 of February.. But, my doctor is leaving the country so we are hoping to have her before he leaves. I hope all goes good for you:) @zyairemommy244
