I can't seem to hold down any meet.. like at all. anyone else?

I couldn't until about 16 weeks then I was finally able to keep a slice of ham down from a sandwich

surprisingly I'm having a girl. everyone thought I was going to have a boy

I wasn't able to hold any down either my first trimester, once you get to the second you'll be able to hold it down 😊

@amberr_0302 oh thank you that's great news. I have a few more weeks and I'll be able to. it sucks not eating meat

I hated it , I'd eat it and then by the time I got ready to lay down for bed it'd be coming back up , it feels so good to be able to eat it and hold it down now 😊

I couldn't at first, now I can do chicken sparingly

I'm in my second trimester, and an avid meat lover. And even looking at meat makes my stomach turn
