I'm 10 weeks, does anyone ever feel out of breathe after going up the stairs with a racing heart…

I'm 10 weeks, does anyone ever feel out of breathe after going up the stairs with a racing heart leaving you feel kind of nauseous? note I'm still experiencing that icky morning sickness all the time which might have something to do with that. I just was thinking it is early to be feeling this way. Please comment with thoughts!!!
