Ik how you feel I get that way and because of it I have hemorrhoids, they make it hurt so much more.

@aydensmommy2016, I wouldn't have been able to pass it if there were people over. I would have been in the bathroom all day trying in tears from the pain.

when you get that constipated it's best not to force it cuz it will only cause more pain and that's how you get hemorrhoids. they hurt and are very uncomfortable during pregnancy

when it gets like that try contacting in and out to squeeze it off if that doesn't help then I would say to grab some tp and try to help pull while you are pushing so it is not all on your body to.
