I'm opting out of mine. You don't really need to do it unless your urine tests have come back with a problem. They check your urine for diabetes every time you go to the Drs.
@snicole12, yes they check for many things; bladder or kidney infections, diabetes, dehydration and preeclampsia by screening for high levels of sugars, proteins, ketones and bacteria. Also they use a blood test to see if you are anemic, not urine. It all can get confusing unless you ask a million questions like I do. :)

@machelle137, I've never heard of that, not only do they check diabetes but also if you're anemic
