it a stuggle cuz i cant do big pills but worth it

You can ask your dr if they have the prenatemini. it's one pill and it's smaller but a bit thicker than those. I couldn't handle those pills. I even kept vomiting from those. I got changed to the other ones I do much better. lol

yeah i am goin to dr on the 8th and ask if there are smaller ones these he just wanted to try

I couldn't hold it down either . I kept throwing up the white one. After that kept happening I just got the gummie prenatal and I love it lol.
