my fiancé and I have been fighting nonstop the past few months. Our daughter is almost two months old now. He is currently working full time, and I quit my job back in November for the baby since the job I worked at only hired college students, and I had to take a break from my studies as well.
We already were having some issues, I believe you call it the Pursuer and Distancer relationship. In this case, I'm the distancer. I find reasons to fight with him, and withdraw further into myself whenever we argue. I try to change, I try to act better, but whenever I feel my agitation or anger spike, all common sense goes out the window. My one and only thought is winning whatever argument I've started. I don't know what to do or how to control myself. I don't want to lose my fiancé, he's been there for me through thick and thin. I love him so much. What should I do? How do I fix myself?

have you tried writing out what you're feeling instead of just bottling it and blowing up on him? ive had to start that for myself because im almost the same way. i wait to say anything until one little thing he says makes me snap and i go off on an argument in all different directions. writing out what im feeling and when not only helps me keep from arguing with him it keeps me half-way sane and less likely to just snap.

I will try that, thank you so much!
