so yesterday I had some light pink spotting very little. woke up this am and had a decent amount of red on the to when I wiped kinda like it had saved up over night. happened 2 took hpt still like positive like the other day and kinda brownish blood. 1st time mom kinda freaking. just needed to vent. Oh 5 weeks today

if you're really worried, go to the er. even if anyone had a miscarriage it would take their hcg levels a few weeks to go down, so they'd still get a positive test

I had some brown spotting early on. My OB said that its just the placenta expanding and pushing out old blood. Also, you could have some light spotting after sex...things down there are more porous during pregnancy. If it's actually red then call your doctor or just call her if it'll give you some peace of mind.

I had some spotting at about 5 weeks, my OB said it was just the egg burrowing deeper into the uterus, so basically more implantation bleeding. it caused light period cramps too.
