This may just be what I'm used to, but shouldn't I have another ultrasound before 20 weeks? My 2 other pregnancies I had an ultrasound when I found out, one at 15 weeks, one at 20 weeks, one at 30 weeks and then 3 more before my due dates. I was told that I'm only getting 1 more ultrasound before I'm due and that's my gender one.
I don't understand, I'm high risk.
Again this may just be what I'm used too, but is something wrong with these people?

u should have more than one if u are high risk. Am high risk and i have been having ultrasounds since the beginning

I've heard that to many ultrasounds can harm the baby. So it may be a good thing hun.

they consider me high risk and haven't had an ultrasound since 20 weeks...I do go to the doctor ethier every week for heartbeat and measurements. see if you can request one.

I've had one so far, but that was to determine how far along I am. I'm 15 weeks now and they keep getting my charts mixed up with someone else's due date. @prettyprincesss

I have requested one and was told no. @kim5309 I go just about every other week as well for the same reason

That's crazy. this state is all kinds of weird. Maybe it depends on the doctor? My first I was high risk because he was large and I almost lost him , My second, I almost lost her at 9 weeks, I was in beginning stages if a miscarriage when I found out. This one I'm high risk because of the previous two and was in the same situation as my second.

i havent even had a dr appt since november. they consider me high risk but when i called told me that i dont come back till feb. i paid to see baby dec 19th at picture me perfect in winter haven but as far as dr goes it was early nov last time they checked on her
