I have been feeling the same way too. I struggle with depression here and there normally, but with this baby it's been way more magnified. I've found that starting the day out reading my bible helps remind me that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13. Then I try to make plans with people- other moms, family, or just get out for a walk. Being inside for too long makes me feel so closed off from the world. I'll be sending prayers your way 😊🙏🏼
