Nausea problem? My tips are EAT good-sized snacks every couple hrs: like, something with a little salt or something crunchy or a veggie or a fruit. When you wake up eat a couple bites of crackers/cereal and/OR get you a preggie pop OR ginger candy. Empty stomache = puke town. EAT cereal in the morning and/or afternoon or something easy to digest... raisin bran has 100% b6, b12, etc* which helps! I didn't get over the daily sickness until like week 12. Keep on snackin! That's my thang! 😉😜

@livvieebooh, you could put buy the bran flakes & put whatever fruit you want in it! 😉 @missnaty I heard limes or lemons or pickles help that nausea (in your mouth) feeling! @singleandstrongmom I have been to awesome places & barely ate... I barely ate on thanksgiving. isn't that some shi..!
