Hey ladies. Im new here and I'm having horrible back pains. I'm 23 weeks pregnant & I'm a ftm. I feel like I need to pop my back but its not working. Any remedies ?
if you're up for visiting a chiropractor, they can certainly help with the popping feeling. :)
hot bath. if it's a lower back pain, I know it's a little hard to do this, but put your arms stretched above your head and lock your fingers, and stretch your back all the way and twist a little too but not too forcefully because it can pull a muscle or stretch your skin if you're not gentle. but that always helps me and just holding it there helps your back muscles
