Celestial Raspberry Zinger tea while breastfeeding — is it safe?

During pregnancy + breastfeeding

I drank it while pregnant I think you'll be fine

I'm super into herbs and essential oils and yes, during pregnancy you need to be careful with a few particular ones, like rose hips. However, for any to be dangerous while breastfeeding, you would need them in high doses to maybe cause problems. None of the ingredients on there are dangerous or would effect your supply. No worries! :)

if you're worried about supply then do red raspberry leaf tea. this shouldn't affect your supply at all @blessedw7
