I'm kinda nervous because I've heard it hurts! I also haven't lost my mucus plug so I don't know how much the check would help.

I was 38w 5d when I went into labor. didn't dilate at all til I lost my plug at 1am and was 1cm then my water broke at 6am.

I'll b praying I had her bc I was in labor off & on from 30 weeks & she was coming feet 1st so I got a c section
