Mine really hurt but I think it was because my doctors hands were extremely huge. It was enough to make me scream & cuss at him. Also I bled quiet a bit. Then found out it didn't do a bit of good. But each experience is a little different I think. Just depends on your doctors hands lol & sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

For me it was an uncomfortable pressure but not unbearable. Unfortunately I still had to be induced a week later

I had it done with my first son and my water broke the next morning ...for me it hurt a little because it was very uncomfortable...Good luck
