my bf made dinner last night and I didn't keep any down, feel bad... and I still feel sick, called off of work today even

i have like 2 weeks ago it was the worse i was puking my brains out i couldn't even keep water down and i had diarrhea and bad stomach cramps only thing that helped me a lil was sucking on ice and drinking Gatorade it was over 24 hours later.
