Can we (pregnant women) eat liquid cheese??

Ok @theinkedbarbie its white queso cheese but I did read we can't eat it because we can get listeria bacteria from it

As long as its heated up properly it will kill the listeria same for sandwich meat.

you can have it in moderation as long as its not old (of course) and has been refrigerated.

Third pregnancy and haven't restricted myself from anything but the def things like alcohol and raw fish and my babies are all perfectly healthy

I've eaten liquid cheese many times. and the cheese out the spray can for crackers . baby's healthy.
