Question ladies: Is it safe to take magnesium while pregnant? My eye keeps twitching alot and now the other is also. My mother says I need magnesium but I'm not sure if it is safe. Plus my doctor hasn't got back to me yet.

ik this sounds wierd but try eating a banna or taking a nap both work

I would imagine that it is because I was in the hospital and they had me on a magnesium drip. As long as you don't take too much. But you probably want to check with your doctor just in case

Thank you ladies. I will wait for my doctor. I will try the bananas and a nap also. The naps usually do help.
