if taken in the but(lol) 104 is when you need to see a doctor.

102 under the armpit/ under the tongue is when to also see a doctor. Little man is close to 102 :'( have you tried Tylonal yet?

I did it in the butt, and yes I just did, he's napping now. I'll take it again when he wakes up. he has a tiny cough and a runny nose so I think he's getting a cold. I've never dealt with him having a temp before.

@nicholefrank, I'm sorry your son doesn't feel so good. I would check when he wakes up and if it's 104 I would definitely talk to a doctor.

For a natural home remedy, if you give him a luke warm bath that has a half cup of rubbing alcohol in it and just rub is body down, it'll lower the fever 😊 that way, you can avoid the trouble of going to the doctors and its quick working!

now its up to 102.4 even after meds and a bath, I gave him more meds and I'll check again when my husband gets home From work. it took second for the thermometer to climb to 102. we just moved to AZ, so he doesn't have a doctor yet. I'll probably bring him to an urgent care if it gets worse. @lancesmommy2015
