most places do them you just have to ask for them and pay out of pocket I got mine free because I'm high risk

I went to Houston affordable ultrasounds but they weren't very good my tech was really young I don't think she knew what she was doing but there's also baby love ultrasound and a few other places just google 3D/4D ultrasounds near me . Here's some of her pictures
