Now at Wal-Mart they gave these patches that you can put on whatever is hurting and they help to I just can't think of the name right off hand!!!!! My mom uses the patches I'll have to ask her the name of them because she has it in her knees as well @hermommy

No its like the hot and cold cream but its a patch you put on that gets really warm and helps with pain @hermommy
