pretty much surrounding schools are closed but ours,.... they had a two hour delay. but I'm not sending my kids to school. principle sent an email stating parents that want to keep their kids home will be excuse due to weather!!! so I'm keeping mine home. there has been reported 100 accidents just today alone and it's not even afternoon yet. no thanks I think my kids will be safe at home.

School fees
Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".
I’m thinking of pull my daughter from her school and into home school because of the sex Ed coming to her school. How is home schooling.?

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
