I have my 39 week check up today!! I am hoping that she'll say I have dilated more since I lost a good chunk of my mucus plug the other day! I really wanted her to come on her own, even if it was two weeks later but my brother is flying in from Florida and won't be here for long so do you guys think my Dr will strip my membranes today just to get things going a little faster?

with my 1st pregnancy My doctor told me at 39 weeks if I wanted to be induced I had that option. I did because we'll I was having kidney stones and my family lives 13 hrs away from me and I liked knowing what day it would happen so they could come. Not sure if that's what you would want to do but it's an option. I'm pregnant again and another doctor told me the same thing. Good luck 😀
