That is way too cool!! How excited you must be. Its always special when you can finally feel the acconplishment of owning something of your own. And it will be exciting welcoming a baby into your new home! We haven't actually purchased our first home yet, we have always rented. When the time is right , though, it will happen. ☺ I used to rush it, and get so pissed off that we didn't have something of our own, but right now I am thankful we are living in a gorgeous custom home, and life is good. Sucks that we pay so much fot something we don't own every month but, I can't complain!

@edomke, lol! No way 😂 so far, I only have 3 in mind and I'm checking one out today. I don't have much options when I wanna live in my family's area lol

@sarahemccormick, unfortunately we're not owning yet :( I wish! I wanna fix my credit before buying cause I wanna pay less when I do lol but that's still on our bucket list lol so far, the efficiency is was our first time alone without our parents and now we're skipping the apartment and go straight for the house since an apartment and a house cost the same in Miami 🙄
