I have tried everything too, I even went and bought those oils to help you relax and promote better sleep but nothing seams to help. @browneyedmom

Lawd they are just soo freaking scary....makes you just never want to go to sleep @britfulcher

Hang In there girl I'm still having nightmares at 15 weeks, I was having them every night but now they come maybe once a week. They were so realistic I would wake up screaming or crying. I talked to my doctor about them and they told me that they usually go away or you will have them less frequently when you progress toward the middle of the second trimester.
