Thoughts on co-sleeping? *No negative comments and no bashing another for being for or against…

I do it sometimes. Sometimes he sleeps by his self and other times he sleeps with me. On his side or his back though, I'm not comfortable with him being on his stomach during tummy time.

He slept in his own bed for a little tonight but now I'm about to put him in bed with me.

I thought about doing it but it wasn't for us. some people really enjoy cosleeping...my husband is a very heavy sleeper (was in the Navy on a carrier and had to sleep through jet landing and taking off right above his head) so he was worried he would roll on her. now she's older so some nights she will sleep with us. I say talk it over with your partner...if it's something you want to try I would try it and it might work out or it might not be your thing.

we've coslept since 6w. now at 10m it's only for the early mornings after my bf goes to work. still breastfeeding and i hate transferring her so many times cuz I'm too tired. lol

My LO only sleeps through the night if she sleeps next to me in bed. She wakes up constantly throughout the night, screaming like crazy, if she sleeps alone.

I cosleep with my baby since we came home from the hospital 4 months ago, I was against it but I had to have a csection and honestly cosleeping was the only way that it didnt hurt too much to feed her in the middle of the night,, but now I love sleeping with my baby ,if she not next to me I cant sleep lol

We're like 50%ers when it comes to cosleeping. Sometimes our daughter is in bed with us, and sometimes she's in her own bed. It really just depends on the night. She usually starts in her own bed then ends up in ours after her 4am feeding, because we both just end up falling asleep while she nurses. Now when our son was little we didn't cosleep at all, we had a smaller bed and it just didn't work for us at the time. But now we're pros ;) lol. I don't think there's anything wrong with it honestly! I'm a light sleeper so it's good for us. It's just all about personal preference!

I try my best not to cosleep. Simply because I'm scared I may suffocate him, seeing as I move around a lot in my sleep. I've slept with him a few nights, but he ends up in his bassinet 98% of the time. If you feel okay doing it then by all means do it.
