hey I only want to drink a glass or maybe two of wine but here is the thing ,after my son is one because I breastfeed and plan to go for a year or maybe longer but I want to make sure he is completely weaned off by then. It's not like I'm going to go out partying all night and forget about my son It would be after he goes to bed and I'm relaxing with my husband. I'm not looking to get drunk or high but I do want to relax. but my son does come first so needless to say if he's awake and around me of course I won't be drinking. ...my older sister does that and I don't like it he boys are 6&9 and know what beer and wine are and the youngest has even taken a sip of a rum and coke.....(he was sitting in the lap of someone and it was on the table in front of him ,here grabbed it and took a sip,he was fine afterwards thank god).

My children will always come first, once their asleep i will go get my beer and toke up

I know but it's her life she always has wine her house and thier day practically has a bar on his kitchen counter.

@theirmommy_2, I kinda miss smoking before bed but my husband dosent like weed but I have a feel he's going to try it after I reach my breastfeeding goal lol....I just want one night of good sleep lol

I agree with you 100% girl, besides just having the occasional drink then I don't think it's right for a mom to be getting high or drunk. PRIORITIES YALL!!!!!! I've drank a handful of times since I've became a mother but it's always just been a few and I don't think I've even gotten drunk in like....years lmao.

And people think it's okay to do these things, get drunk and high, after their kids go to bed. Well what the fuck happens if (God forbid) your child needs to go to the hospital in the middle of the night??? And you're too stoned or drunk to drive them there? & I hate when people just say oh I'll call an ambulance. Like really that's your solution?! You need to be THERE and SOBER for your child! Ugh people irk me lmao.

@queendavis, exactly my point!!! Thank you! I couldn't have said it any better. A child is a hugeeee responsibility ESP when they're sleeping! Getting high is out of the question and drinking? Well don't get drunk is my point. Lately I see it on social media and the girls think it's cute. Does child birth does not change them ? Looks like we need to ban epidurals so they remember the pain of bringing a human here isn't easy. Lol jk but seriously ! -_-
