keep track of them if they get worse go in. take a warm bath and try to relax.

some apps have a contraction timer I would use it to help track how long they are and how far apart they are

use a contractions timer! it's a life savior!!!

my sisters doctor said that to but she was OK then she said she had to poop then the ambulance was on the way because her water broke and 30 minutes later she had the baby

It has felt like I have had to all night (but I have a couple times) and the times that I did.. they ease up for a little while then they will come back strong
