When do they do the glucose test? How does it work?

I'm 26 weeks and 2 days, mine is today.

you drink a thick sugar substance in under 5 minutes, wait an hour and they test your blood to see if your sugar level is high.

I'll be taking mine on Wednesday at 24w6d !

I think I did mine at 27 weeks but yes you drink a thick sugary drink within 5 mins

usually no earlier than 24 weeks unless you show signs of needing it sooner.

That stuff is the devil I puked both times for the 1 hour and 3 hour and almost passed out my doctor felt so bad he left it alone

It just depends on you I had gestational diabetes with my second child so I had to have the one hour at eight weeks and the three hour at 12 unusual to do so soon unless needed

I'm getting mine done tomorrow and I am 25 weeks.
