Every night since I turned another week I end up laying on my back after drinking or eating but tonight I drunk cold milk & felt a tap again... am I tripping ?

It could feel like bubbles. Little taps. Little swishes, life something stirring in there. I knew it was for real when I felt the little thumps, personally.

I've feeling taps since yesterday but they are brief like I will feel it once & then nothing after that
