First Prenatal Visit Wednesday, What should I Expect... Already had my Nurse Visit where they do all…

They will do a Pap smear and maybe a transvaginal ultrasound to determine how far along you are! They do the basic height, weight, blood pressure.. Tell them all the mess you are on just in case there harmful to the baby. I was on a antibiotic for my skin and had to go right off of it. They will give you a EDD! Very exciting! You and the father should go together if possible! If your far enough along I was 9 weeks we heard the heartbeat! Very sweet! This was our ultrasound pic from our first appt. congratulations!!! 😊

I have Kaiser as well and they did all of what @kiss3sfroml33 said. Tell them anything you think they should know. I was 9 weeks and this is the ultrasound they did on my first prenatal appointment. Congrats 💖💖💖💖

I was too early during my first visit. So not much happened. Did an ultrasound and couldn't give me a due date. Told me to come back in two weeks...never got my blood drawn or anything. Very frustrating. I go back on the 1st. Idk what to expect

@kiss3sfroml33 Does the father go in the whole visit or just the ultrasound... I seen at the office I go to the dads never go in when the girls do...

It's up to you at my doctors. My husband has gone to every appointment and has been part of the whole appointments. Up to you I'm pretty sure. My mom goes for my ultrasound appointments too but just for those and I know that the docs just ask that no young children come for those.
