do any of yall get cramps like REALLY bad on both sides of low abdomen/center from gas/constipation??
like its hurting so bad im bawling and my mom is having to get my daughter because she's digging her foot in there (she's 11 months and gets very very clingy when daddy is out of town for work)

@klanc919, it's just round ligament pains. .. drink plenty of water and lay on your left side.. if they dont hlp, a warm shower

okay. ya I've been chugging my weight in water. and I'm gonna take a hot shower once my mom gets my daughter. if I can stay awake long enough :/ @ftm020216

@klanc919, ok, i hope you feel better.. those pains are no joke.. some women never feel them, and some (like us) feel every inch of our uterus expanding and growing..

ya I took 2 Tylenol. I was told I can take 2. I did that with my last kid. its helped alot!
