My nutritionist told me to eat 6 small meals a day and also snacks that u like to eat like I eat some of everything like fruit and a lot of trail mix and a lot of protein like chicken and hamburgers and baked foods and grapes and I eat apple and yogurt a lot of diary products. And I eat some desserts too that I crave and I just keep a great balance and I have gained a totally of 42.2 pounds so far during this pregnancy and my ob and my nutritionist says I'm doing great me and my baby is doing wonderful
I didn't think it matter how much calories you got while pregnate I thought it didn't matter as long as you gained enough cause I eat a lot more than I should be lol
Yes while ur pregnant they do say in each stage of ur pregnancy u should have a certain amount of calories in ur diet. I also started having issues in my pregnancy with the calories intake so my ob sent me to see a nutritionist and since I have being seeing her I'm great in on my calories and gaining enough weight so far in my stage of pregnancy I'm in now so try asking your ob for a referral to see a nutritionist I hope it helped good luck with everything Hun and congrats on ur lil bundle of joy😊
