you can change them immediately into whatever, lol. I was scared to so I asked my nurse and she was like yeah go ahead it's your baby. lol

lmao sorry I know it sounds dumb but hes my first and my cousin has 3 kids and they just had on the little white tshirt and pamper so I thought I couldn't @their.bomb.ass.mom

Lol no you can! they dress them in a little tshirt type thing to make it easier to change diapers and you can leave it on, but you can change them too. I kept the little shirt for memories, even though she was only in it for like an hour. 😂

I kept my babies in the little white shirt and diapers. Till they are ready to head home and I do take it with me, at least 2 and a blanket.
